Overview
Welcome to PXME! This onboarding checklist is designed to guide you through the essential setup steps so your account is ready for use. Completing each section ensures that your practice can run campaigns, communicate with patients, and launch workshops without delays.
If you run into any questions, please reach out to your onboarding specialist through the Help Widget inside PXME.
Access & Login
Receive your PXME login credentials from our team.
Log in to PXME successfully.
Bookmark the PXME dashboard for easy access: app.thepediatricexperience.com
Phone Setup
Go to Settings → Business Profile and add:
General account information
Legal business information
Legal business address
Authorized representative details
Go to Settings → Phone Numbers → Trust Center and submit your A2P brand registration.
After submission, use the Help Widget to send a support ticket for approval.
Go to Settings → Phone Numbers → Manage Numbers and purchase a phone number for your account.
Email Setup
Go to Settings → Email Services and add a subdomain (e.g., mail.yourdomain.com).
Add the provided DNS records to your website provider or domain registrar.
Go to Email Services → Dedicated Domain and IP and verify that DNS records are added.
Set headers for your email subdomain to improve deliverability.
Domain Setup
Go to Settings → Domains and add a subdomain (e.g., workshops.yourdomain.com) or your main domain.
Add the provided domain records to your DNS settings with your provider.
Go back to Domains in PXME and verify that DNS records are added correctly.
Link the domain to a funnel or close the window if you’re not ready yet.
Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your Google account for spreadsheet exports and automations.
Connect your Facebook and Instagram pages to run ads and sync social posts.
(Optional) Connect your Slack account to receive real-time lead alerts and notifications inside Slack.
Team Access
Submit the Team Member Form (available in the left-hand dashboard menu) to add additional team members.
Each team member will get access to training videos and onboarding support.
Final Steps
Schedule your PXME onboarding call when ready.
Watch the remaining training videos inside PXME.
Submit a support ticket if you encounter questions or technical issues.
✅ Once you’ve completed this checklist, your PXME account will be fully set up and ready to launch campaigns, manage patient communication, and run workshops.
