The Workshop Audit is a final review process that ensures your entire workshop setup in PXME is complete, accurate, and ready to run. By going through this checklist, you’ll confirm that all key assets—emails, SMS, landing pages, automations, and custom values—are aligned with your workshop details.

What the Workshop Audit Covers

Workshop Update Form

• Confirm that you’ve submitted the Workshop Update Form with the correct date, time, and location.

• Double-check that these details are displaying correctly in your emails, SMS, and landing page via custom values.

Email Templates

• Review all templates labeled with [EDIT].

• Confirm:

  • Content matches your upcoming workshop.

  • Images and calls-to-action are customized.

  • Custom values (date, time, address) are pulling through correctly.

SMS Templates

• Review all [EDIT] SMS templates.

• Check that:

  • Messages are short, clear, and on-brand.

  • Links redirect correctly.

  • Timing of reminders fits your schedule.

Landing Page

• Verify that the landing page shows the correct workshop details and imagery.

• Test the registration form and all buttons.

• Confirm that submissions redirect properly and contacts flow into PXME.

Automations & Reminders

• Make sure your workshop automation/workflow is active.

• Check triggers for lead sign-ups.

• Review the timing of reminder emails and SMS messages to ensure they align with your event schedule.

1st vs. 2nd Event Setup

• Single workshop: Confirm everything is under the 1st Event.

• Multiple workshops: Ensure 2nd Event custom values and templates are properly set up to avoid overlap.

How to Use the Audit

• Run through this checklist every time you set up a new workshop.

• Correct any missing or outdated items before launching.

• Once complete, your system will be fully ready to capture registrations, send automated communications, and deliver a seamless workshop experience.
