Understanding the 1st and 2nd Workshop Events

Overview

PXME organizes workshops into two event slots, giving your practice the flexibility to run one or multiple workshops without disrupting existing automations.

The 1st Event: Your Active Workshop

The 1st Event is always where your current workshop lives.
All sign-ups, confirmations, and automations connect here.
If you only run one workshop at a time, you will only ever use this event.

The 2nd Event: Optional Additional Workshop

The 2nd Event is available if you want to run another workshop while the 1st event is still active.
This prevents overlap, allowing you to:
- Promote a second workshop.
- Capture registrations separately.
- Track attendance independently.
Ideal for back-to-back or overlapping workshops.

Do You Need Both?

Running one workshop at a time: Use only the 1st Event.
Running two workshops at once: Use the 1st Event for your main workshop and the 2nd Event for the additional one.
