Most members are fully launched within 30–45 days.


1. Complete Your Onboarding Prep

Timeframe: Weeks 1–2

  • Fill out the PXME Questionnaire so we can pre-load your branding, customize templates, and speed up setup.

  • Set up your account domain, email, and business information.

  • Submit your A2P Brand Registration (part 1) for SMS compliance.

  • Watch the PXME Training Videos from Getting Started through Newsletters:

    • Getting Started

    • Features & Tools

    • Social Media

    • Newsletters

Why this matters: These steps prepare your account for activation and give you a full understanding of PXME.

Outcome: You’re fully trained and ready to book your onboarding call.


2. Book Your Onboarding Call

Timeframe: After training completion

Schedule your 1-on-1 onboarding call with the PX Marketing Team (30–45 minutes).

Our team will:

  • Review your setup

  • Answer your questions

  • Walk you through core PXME features

We’ll also submit your A2P Campaign Registration (part 2) on your behalf.

Once approved, we’ll notify you so you can add your phone number and begin texting.

Outcome: Platform verified, strategy aligned, and launch-ready.


3. Launch Your First Campaign

Timeframe: Weeks 3–4

  • Choose your first campaign template (e.g., Workshop, Webinar, Voucher Ad).

  • Customize messaging, content, and branding.

  • Launch with confidence using PXME’s built-in automations and guided setup.

Outcome: Your first PXME campaign is live and generating leads.


4. Nurture & Convert Leads

Timeframe: Ongoing

  • Use PXME’s built-in email and SMS follow-ups to convert more leads.

  • Monitor campaign performance using the dashboard and reporting tools.

  • Participate in PXME Community threads for tips, peer support, and strategy advice.

Outcome: Consistent lead flow and optimized conversions.


5. Expand & Optimize

Timeframe: Week 5 and beyond

Once your first campaign is running smoothly, it’s time to scale:

  • Launch additional campaigns (e.g., New Patient Welcome Series).

  • Use Newsletter Templates to stay connected with your community.

  • Set up advanced analytics and tracking for deeper insights.

  • Gather feedback to refine your growth engine over time.

Outcome: PXME becomes your all-in-one patient growth and marketing engine.
