Overview
With PXME, you no longer need a separate ManyChat subscription. PXME’s native automation system allows you to build and manage conversational workflows for Facebook and Instagram messaging directly inside your account.
This eliminates the need for third-party chat tools, keeping all your automations in one central platform.
Why This Matters
Save Money: Cancel external subscriptions like ManyChat.
Centralized Control: Build and manage all chat workflows directly inside PXME.
Multi-Platform Ready: Run campaigns for both Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM.
Step 1: Organize Your Campaigns
Go to Automation in PXME.
Create a Social Media folder to store all your messenger workflows.
For each campaign (giveaway, nurture sequence, webinar signup, etc.), create a new workflow.
? Pro Tip: Keep each campaign separated for clarity and easier editing.
Step 2: Build Your Workflow
Click Create Workflow → Start From Scratch.
Rename the workflow to match your campaign (e.g., “FB Giveaway Flow” or “IG Workshop Signup”).
Add a Trigger (e.g., “When someone messages your Page”).
Build your Actions (messages, delays, conditions, etc.).
Step 3: Use the Correct Messenger Actions
For Facebook campaigns → Use Facebook Interactive Messenger.
For Instagram campaigns → Use Instagram Interactive Messenger.
This ensures:
Messages send properly.
Buttons display correctly.
Automations trigger as expected.
Step 4: Test & Launch
Run through the workflow as a test user.
Verify messages fire in the correct order and buttons are interactive.
Once confirmed, set the workflow Live.
Best Practices
One Workflow Per Campaign → Don’t mix campaigns in a single workflow.
Clear Naming Conventions → Example: “IG Nurture Flow” or “FB Giveaway Messenger Flow.”
Conversational Messaging → Use short text + buttons to keep engagement high.
Monitor Performance → Use PXME analytics to optimize engagement and conversions.
FAQs

Q: Can I run campaigns on both Facebook and Instagram?
A: Yes. Just make sure you’re using the correct messenger action (Facebook Interactive Messenger or Instagram Interactive Messenger).
Q: Can I set multiple triggers in a workflow?
A: Yes. A single workflow can have multiple triggers (e.g., keyword + form submission).
