Overview

The Bulk Scheduling feature in PXME’s Social Planner lets you prepare and upload posts in advance for multiple social channels using a CSV/XLSX file. This helps you build a content calendar quickly, scale your posting, and save time by automating scheduling across platforms.

This guide explains how to structure your file, upload it into PXME, review posts, and finalize scheduling.

Part 1: Setting Up Your File

Step 1: Create Your CSV/XLSX File

You can use Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or any spreadsheet program.

Your file must include these column headers in the exact order:

  1. postAtSpecificTime (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss)

    • Exact date and time for each post.

    • Format: year-month-day hour:minute:second (24-hour clock).

    • Example: 2025-08-18 13:00:00 (not 1:00 PM).

    • ⚠️ Many spreadsheets default to MM/dd/yyyy. Adjust to PXME’s required format.

  2. content

    • Caption for your post.

    • Platform limits:

      • Facebook: 62,000

      • Instagram (Business): 2,200

      • LinkedIn: 3,000

      • Twitter/X: 280

      • GMB: 1,500

    • You can include hashtags and links here.

  3. link (OGmetaURL)

    • Add link if your post contains one.

    • If media is included, the link will automatically move into the caption.

  4. imageUrls

    • Add URLs for images (png, jpg, jpeg, etc.).

    • Up to 10 images per post (separated by a comma + space).

  5. GIFUrl

    • Add URLs for GIFs.

    • Supported on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter only.

  6. videoUrls

    • Add URLs for videos (MP4 or MOV).

    • Up to 10 videos per post.

    • ⚠️ GMB does not support video uploads.

CSV Rules to Remember

  • Only one media type per post (images OR GIF OR videos).

  • Max 90 posts per CSV file.

  • For Google-hosted media: upload files to the PXME Media Library first, then use those URLs.
