Overview
Adding your domain to PXME is an essential step for launching campaigns, workshops, and funnels with professional branding. Connecting a domain allows you to host landing pages (e.g., workshops.yourdomain.com) and send marketing emails from your own subdomain (e.g., mail.yourdomain.com).
This article will walk you through both the standard domain setup and alternative setup methods in case you run into issues with your DNS provider.
Standard Domain Setup
In PXME, go to the Settings section from the left-hand menu.
Scroll down and select Domains.
Click the Connect Domain button in the top-right corner.
Enter the domain or subdomain you want to connect (e.g., workshops.yourdomain.com).
PXME will generate DNS records that need to be added to your domain registrar (such as GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Squarespace, or your website host).
Copy the provided records and add them to your domain’s DNS settings.
Return to PXME and click Verify once the records have been saved.
✅ Once verified, your domain will be available to connect to funnels, websites, and email services.
Alternative Domain Setup Options
If you run into issues adding DNS records, PXME offers two alternative methods:
Option 1: Automatic DNS Setup
PXME can automatically add records for supported domain providers.
Make sure you are logged into your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Squarespace) in the same browser.
Use the automatic connection option and follow the prompts to authorize PXME.
Option 2: Domain Provider Support
If automatic setup is unavailable, contact your domain provider’s support team.
Share the DNS records PXME generated and request that they add them to your account.
Once updated, return to PXME and click Verify to confirm the connection.
Best Practices for Domain Setup
Always use subdomains for workshops and email (e.g., workshops.yourdomain.com, mail.yourdomain.com) rather than your root domain.
DNS record updates can take up to 24–48 hours to fully propagate.
Verify your domain inside PXME after setup to confirm it’s working.
Once verified, assign the domain to your funnels under Sites → Funnels → Settings.
Next Steps
After setting up your domain:
Connect your email subdomain under Settings → Email Services for branded email sending.
Assign your domain to funnels and landing pages.
Test your links to make sure they resolve correctly.
