The Platform Tour gives you a walkthrough of the PXME dashboard and navigation so you know where to find the tools, campaigns, and reports you’ll be using every day. 1. The PXME Dashboard

When you log into PXME, you’ll land on the Dashboard.

  • The dashboard is fully customizable with widgets — blocks of information such as stats, calendars, or tasks.

  • You can edit the dashboard by clicking the Edit Dashboard button in the top right corner.

  • Drag and drop widgets to arrange them however you like.

Best Practices:

  • If you’re the business owner, place performance stats at the top for quick visibility.

On the left-hand side of the screen is the PXME Navigation Bar, which gives you access to all major tools and features:

  • Contacts – All patients and leads stored in PXME

  • Automation – Workflows for follow-ups, campaigns, and reminders

  • Sites – Funnels, landing pages, and websites

  • Reporting – Performance tracking for leads, ads, and campaigns

  • Settings – Practice details, integrations, domains, and user permissions
