Overview

The Back to School Campaign helps your practice attract families during the school season with a special voucher offer, supported by pre-built marketing assets. PXME provides the full infrastructure so you can launch quickly with minimal setup.


Step 1: Edit Templates

Email Templates

  • Go to Marketing → Emails → Templates.

  • Open the Back to School folder.

  • Edit all templates labeled [EDIT] by:

    • Updating text with your office details.

    • Swapping images if desired.

    • Ensuring voucher details are correct.

SMS Templates

  • Go to Marketing → Snippets → Back to School Folder.

  • Edit all [EDIT] SMS messages.


Step 2: Edit the Back to School Funnel

  1. Go to Sites → Funnels → Back to School.

  2. Select the Back to School funnel and click Edit.

  3. Update:

    • Offer details (e.g., $47 Scan & Consultation with a school supply donation).

    • Headlines and body copy.

    • Images and branding.

    • Thank-you page content.

  4. Publish your funnel:

    • Either click Publish → choose domain → Save, or

    • Click Save → Funnel Settings → Add domain → Save.


Step 3: Update Custom Values

Go to Settings → Custom Values and update:

  • Back to School Offer Title → e.g., “$47 Scan & Consultation + School Supply Donation”

  • Back to School Expiration Date

  • Back to School Landing Page Link → paste your published funnel link

  • Appointment Link → your EHR or scheduling system link


Step 4: Review Automations

  1. Go to Automations → Back to School Campaign.

  2. Open the campaign workflow.

  3. Confirm that:

    • All emails and SMS are using the correct updated templates.

    • Links are pulling from the correct custom values.

    • Any optional Google Sheet or Slack actions are configured (or removed).


Step 5: Test the Campaign

  • Submit a test lead through your Back to School funnel.

  • Confirm that:

    • The thank-you page loads correctly.

    • Emails and SMS sequences send properly.

    • Links and custom values display the correct offer details.
