How to Use Category Queues
Step 1: Prepare Your Content
Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
Create a new post or edit an existing one.
Tag it with the right category (e.g., Promotions or Tips).
Step 2: Navigate to Category Queue
In the New Post screen, select Category Queue.
Step 3: Select a Category
Choose an existing category or create a new one from the dropdown.
Step 4: Enable Preferences
Future Posting – Automatically add new posts tagged to this category.
Prioritize Content – Move new posts to the front of the queue.
Step 5: Set a Posting Schedule
Choose specific days/times for posting.
Match these with audience engagement insights (see Statistics tab).
Step 6: Review and Edit
Update text, images, or videos as needed.
Fix any flagged errors before saving.
Step 7: Finalize the Queue
Click Queue Post to schedule, or save as draft.
Step 8: Manage Your Queue
Pause, resume, or delete queues anytime in the content management tab.
Create new queues for seasonal or campaign-specific strategies.
Important Notes
Once a queue is created, its posting schedule cannot be edited. To change it, create a new queue.
Previously published posts can be reused if assigned to a category.
Posts in a queue can always be updated before being republished.
