Overview
Voucher campaigns are one of the most effective ways to attract new families into your practice. PXME makes setup simple by combining pre-built templates, funnels, and automations with your practice’s branding and offer details.
Step 1: Edit Marketing Templates
Email Templates
Go to Marketing → Emails → Templates.
Open your Voucher folder.
Edit any templates labeled [EDIT] by:
Swapping placeholder text for your own.
Updating offer details.
Replacing images with your practice branding.
SMS Templates
Go to Marketing → Snippets → Voucher Folder.
Edit all SMS templates labeled [EDIT].
Step 2: Edit the Voucher Funnel
Go to Sites → Funnels → Vouchers.
Select your Voucher Funnel and click Edit.
Update:
Headline, copy, and CTA buttons.
Images and brand styling.
Offer details (e.g., $47 consult & scan with school supply donation).
Thank-you page content and instructions.
Publish your funnel:
Either click Publish → select domain → Save, or
Click Save → Funnel Settings → Add domain → Save.
Step 3: Update Custom Values
Go to Settings → Custom Values and update:
Voucher Offer Title → e.g., “$47 Back-to-School Scan & Consultation”
Voucher Expiration Date
Voucher Landing Page Link → paste your published funnel link
Appointment Link → your EHR or scheduling system link
Step 4: Review Automations
Go to Automations → Voucher Campaign.
Select the active voucher automation.
Review steps to confirm:
Emails and SMS align with your updated templates.
All links are pulling from the correct custom values.
Optional Google Sheet or Slack actions are properly configured (or removed if not in use).
Step 5: Test Your Campaign
Submit a test voucher claim from your funnel.
Confirm that:
The thank-you page loads correctly.
Automations send the correct email and SMS sequences.
Links and custom values display properly across all assets.
