The Snippets feature in PXME helps you create, organize, and access pre-built messages that you can use in conversations. Whether you’re responding to patients, following up with leads, or sending consistent office updates, snippets save time, improve accuracy, and maintain consistency across your communications.

1. Organize Snippets into Folders

Effortless Organization: Arrange snippets into folders to keep them structured and easy to find.
Quick Navigation: Access snippets in seconds through organized folders.
Easy Migration: Select one or more snippets and use Move to Folder to reorganize efficiently.
Folder View in Conversations: Folders appear directly in the Conversations composer, allowing you to insert snippets quickly.

How to Access & Create Folders

Navigate to Conversations → Snippets.
Click Add Folder to create a new folder.
Click Add Snippet and choose whether it will be an Email or Text snippet.
Alternatively, go to Marketing → Snippets to view and manage all snippets.

2. Search and Filter Snippets

Quick Search: Instantly find snippets by searching with their snippet or folder name.
Type Filtering: Filter by Email or SMS snippets for easier navigation.
Simple Duplication: Duplicate snippets to create variations without altering the original.

3. Efficient Conversations Composer

User-Friendly Layout: Snippets appear in a clean layout inside the Conversations Composer.
Folder View Integration: Organized folders carry over into Conversations, making it easy to pick the right snippet.
Insert Snippet: Click a snippet to insert it directly into the message composer. You can then modify the content or send immediately.
