Overview
Managing tasks and notes in PXME Conversations is now easier than ever. With the ability to add, edit, delete, and track tasks and notes directly from the Conversations page, your workflow becomes smoother, more efficient, and fully integrated.
How-to Steps
1. Accessing the Tasks and Notes Panel
Navigate to the Conversations module.
Locate the Tasks and Notes icons on the right-hand panel.
2. Adding a Task
Click on the Tasks icon.
Select Add Task.
Enter the task details and save.
3. Editing an Existing Task
Click on the task you want to edit.
Modify the details as necessary.
Save your changes.
4. Marking a Task as Done
Click the checkbox next to the task.
The task will be marked as completed.
5. Adding a Note
Click on the Notes icon.
Select Add Note.
Enter your note details and save.
6. Editing a Note
Click on the note you want to edit.
Modify the content as needed.
Save your changes.
7. Deleting Tasks and Notes
Select the task or note you want to delete.
Confirm deletion.
8. Undoing a Deletion
If you delete something by mistake, click the Undo option that appears immediately after deletion.
9. Viewing SMS Cost and Segment Information
While composing an SMS, you’ll see the character count, number of segments, and potential cost directly in the conversation composer.
This helps you stay aware of SMS costs and avoid budget surprises.
Internal Comments
The Internal Comments feature allows team members to collaborate privately within a conversation thread.
How to Use: Type an internal comment and use @mentions to tag teammates.
Visibility: Internal comments are visible only to your team, not to contacts.
Key Benefit: Improves collaboration by letting you share updates, feedback, or assign follow-ups seamlessly.
