Overview
PXME allows you to connect both user-level integrations (third-party calendars and video conferencing apps) and account-level integrations (Google Organic Booking, Local Services Ads). This ensures your appointments, meetings, and services remain fully synced and easy to manage.
How to Integrate Your Calendar
You can set up calendar integrations from two locations:
Settings > My Profile > Calendar Settings
Calendars > Calendar Settings > Connections Tab
Steps to Integrate
Click Add New and select Connect.
Choose your integration type (Google, Outlook, iCloud, Zoom, etc.).
Enter your credentials and complete authentication.
Configure your calendar settings to ensure events sync correctly.
✅ PXME supports multiple accounts per integration type (e.g., connect multiple Google or Outlook accounts).
Reconnect Flow for Calendar Integrations
If an integration disconnects, PXME provides a simple fix:
A “Fix This” banner will appear at the top of the screen.
Click the banner, select the relevant integration, and re-authenticate.
This process keeps you in your workflow and avoids unnecessary navigation.
