How to Set Up a Personal Booking Calendar
Step 1: Access Calendar Settings
Go to Settings > Calendars.
Step 2: Create a New Calendar
Click + New Calendar and select Personal Booking.
Step 3: Configure Your Calendar Preferences
Set up:
Availability – Define working days, hours, and booking rules.
Meeting Duration – Choose how long each appointment lasts.
Buffer Time – Add preparation or recovery time around appointments.
Integrations – Connect Zoom or Google Meet for virtual scheduling.
Step 4: Save and Share Your Calendar Link
After setup, PXME generates a unique booking link to share with clients or patients.

Booking Widget – First Available Date
Displays the earliest open slot automatically.
Found in Availability tab.
Works only when Date-Specific Hours are set without weekly recurring hours.
Look Busy
Hides a percentage of available slots to encourage faster bookings.
Found in Availability tab.
Works with Personal, Event, Round Robin, Collective, and Service calendars.
Not available for Class Bookings or Service Menus.
Notification Management
Customize email and in-app notifications for:

Notifications can be sent via PXME web app or mobile app.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
