Overview

The Bulk Actions feature in PXME makes it easy to update multiple contacts’ opportunities at once. This is especially useful for moving leads to a new pipeline stage, updating opportunity values, or managing statuses in bulk. By applying changes across many records at once, you save time and keep your sales pipeline clean and accurate.

Step 1: Choose Your Contacts

  • Navigate to Contacts.

  • Check the box next to the contact records you want to update.

  • To select all contacts on a page, check the box at the top.

  • To select all contacts in your account, click the hyperlink that appears after selecting page contacts.

Step 2: Choose the Pipeline Change Action

  • Click the Pipeline Change icon.

  • In the Add/Update Opportunity window, configure the following:

    • Pipeline – choose which pipeline to place or move the contacts into.

    • Stage – select the stage within that pipeline.

    • Opportunity – assign or update opportunity details.

    • Lead Value – set or adjust the opportunity value.

    • Opportunity Status – update the current status (e.g., Open, Won, Lost).

    • Additional fields as needed.

  • Click Add/Update Opportunity to confirm your changes.

Step 3: Using Drip Mode for Pipeline Changes

When scheduling a bulk action in Drip Mode, the “repeat after” setting works as “run every.”

Example:
If you have 780 contacts and set the system to process 100 contacts every 5 hours, it will run in batches until all are updated.

  • 7 batches of 100

  • 1 batch of 80

This ensures system performance remains stable while processing large groups.
