Bulk Actions – Sending Review Requests

Overview

The Bulk Actions feature in PXME allows you to perform a single action for multiple contacts at once. One powerful use case is sending Review Requests, which prompts your contacts to leave feedback about your business. With scheduling and drip mode options, you can control how and when review requests are delivered to avoid overwhelming your system.

⚠️ Note: To send bulk review requests, you must have admin privileges. Account users cannot send bulk review requests. If you are an account user, please reach out to your account admin.


Step 1: Choose Your Contacts

  • Navigate to Contacts.

  • Check the box to select specific contact records.

  • To select all contacts on a page, check the box at the top.

  • To select all contacts in PXME, click the hyperlink that appears after selecting page contacts.

Step 2: Choose the Review Request Action

  • Click the Send Review Request icon.

  • In the pop-up window:

    • Choose either an Email or SMS template from the dropdown.

    • Select your scheduling option:

      • Add all at once – processes immediately for all selected contacts.

      • Add all at scheduled time – processes at a future date/time you specify.

      • Add in drip mode – processes in groups/batches at scheduled intervals.

Drip Mode Example

If you select 100 contacts every 5 hours and you have 780 contacts:

  • 7 batches of 100 will be sent

  • 1 final batch of 80 will complete the process

This ensures a smooth rollout of review requests without overwhelming your system.

  • Segment Your Contacts – Send requests to customers who recently engaged with your business or completed a service. This increases relevance and response rates.

  • Personalize Your Templates – Use merge fields like contact name or service details to make requests feel authentic and personal.

  • Monitor and Adjust – Track review request response rates. If a certain batch underperforms, adjust your timing, message, or follow-up strategy.


FAQs – Sending Review Requests

Q1: How do I select all contacts for a bulk review request?
A: Check the box at the top of your Contacts list to select the current page, then use the hyperlink to select all contacts in PXME.

Q2: Can I send both email and SMS review requests in a single bulk action?
A: No. You must choose either an Email template or an SMS template for each bulk action.

Q3: What’s the difference between “add all at once” and “add in drip mode”?
A:

  • Add all at once sends to all selected contacts immediately.

  • Add in drip mode sends in smaller groups at your set interval until all contacts have been reached.

Q4: What does the “repeat after” setting mean in drip mode?
A: It sets the time interval between each batch (e.g., every 5 hours). It does not repeat the entire process—just continues until all batches are complete.
