Overview
The Bulk Actions feature in PXME lets you apply actions—such as sending SMS, sending emails, or adding contacts to workflows—to groups of contacts at once. With flexible delivery options, you can run large-scale campaigns efficiently while protecting deliverability and avoiding system overload.
Navigation
Go to Contacts.
Select individual contacts or a Smart List.
Choose your action (Send SMS, Send Email, Add to Workflow, etc.).
Select your preferred Delivery Option:
Send all at once
Send all at a scheduled time
Send in drip mode
Delivery Options
1. Send All at Once
Immediately delivers the action to all selected contacts.
Best for smaller lists or urgent announcements.
2. Send All at a Scheduled Time
Schedule delivery for a specific date and time.
Ideal for time-sensitive promotions, launches, or event reminders.
Note: Bulk actions can be scheduled up to 720 hours (30 days) in advance.
3. Send in Drip Mode
Breaks delivery into smaller batches over time.
Recommended for large lists, staggered campaigns, or deliverability management.
Example: Send 100 contacts every 5 hours, only on weekdays.
Important Notes:
If the schedule lands on an unselected day, the action pauses until the next valid day (messages do not “pile up”).
Workflow windows override bulk action settings (e.g., restricting messages to business hours).
