A regular email campaign in PXME lets you send updates, promotions, or announcements to a large group of contacts at once. With flexible tools for design, scheduling, and testing, PXME makes it easy to launch campaigns that look professional and drive results. This guide covers creating your campaign, verifying your sender email, customizing content, and sending with confidence.


Part 1: Create the Email

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns > Create Campaign.

  2. Select the email template you want to use.

  3. Customize your email with text, images, buttons, surveys, products, and more.

  4. Save your campaign (you can always edit later before sending).


How to Verify Your 'From' Email Address

To improve deliverability and reduce spam risk, PXME requires verified sender emails.

  1. Set up the campaign – Once ready, click Send or Schedule.

  2. Verify sender email – Enter your email address. If unverified, you’ll see a prompt.

  3. Receive code – A 6-digit code will be sent to your inbox.

  4. Enter code – Input it into PXME to complete verification.

  5. Manage verified emails – All verified addresses are saved for future use.

  6. Send with confidence – Always send from verified addresses.


Part 2: Customize Your Email

The Inline Editor provides full styling control:

  • Text Styling: H1–H5, paragraphs, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough.

  • Fonts & Sizes: ~18 fonts, 8px–96px range.

  • Colors & Highlights: Apply via hex codes.

  • Hyperlinks & Lists: Add links, ordered/unordered lists.

  • Line Spacing: 1.5 (paragraphs), 1.25 (headings).

  • Content AI: Generate draft content quickly.

  • Padding Defaults: Top (12), Bottom (12), Left (24), Right (24).

  • Layout Rounding: Adjust corner radius for smooth design aesthetics.


Part 3: Send the Email

  1. Click Send or Schedule.

  2. Fill out the required fields:

    • To: Recipients or Smart Lists

    • From: Verified sender email

    • Subject Line & Preview Text

  3. Choose Send Now or Schedule for Later (set date/time in your account timezone).

  4. Campaigns can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before execution.

Pro Tip: For large lists, use drip or batch sending to reduce bounce rates and avoid deliverability issues.


Testing Your Campaign

  • Click the three dots next to Save.

  • Select Test Email.

  • Enter recipient details and send.

  • Use Version History to restore older versions if needed.
