Overview

Many emails are missed in busy inboxes. PXME gives you the ability to resend campaigns specifically to contacts who did not open the original message. This feature helps maximize reach, improve engagement, and boost conversions — all while giving you the flexibility to refresh your subject line and optimize timing.

Why Resend Emails to Non-Openers?

  • Maximize reach: Give important emails a second chance to be seen.

  • Boost engagement: Update your subject line to capture fresh attention.

  • Optimize results: Use resend data to improve future campaign strategies.

How to Resend Emails to Unopened Recipients

  1. Navigate to Email Marketing

    • Go to the Email Marketing section in your PXME dashboard.

  2. Select Your Campaign

    • Click on the Campaigns tab to view all sent campaigns.

  3. Choose the Campaign to Resend

    • Find the campaign you want to resend.

    • Click the three dots next to the campaign name.

  4. Resend to Unopened

    • Select Resend email to Unopened.

  5. Update Settings

    • Refresh your subject line (recommended).

    • Adjust sender details or resend timing if needed.

  6. Confirm and Schedule

    • Review the details and schedule the resend.

⚠️ Note: Resend is available 12 hours to 10 days after the original send. It is not supported for batch schedules or RSS campaigns.

Click Performance Metrics

Resending works best when paired with click tracking, so you know exactly what links drive engagement.

How to Enable Click Tracking:

  1. Create or edit your campaign.

  2. On the Send/Schedule page, toggle on Track Clicks.

  3. After sending, go to Campaigns > Statistics to review link performance.

Benefit: This helps you refine content, link placement, and future campaign strategies.
