PXME’s Content AI is a built-in writing assistant that helps you create email copy up to 10x faster. It works inside the Email Builder to generate outlines, introductions, promotional content, newsletters, and even subject line variations for A/B testing. With support for multiple contexts and tone adjustments, Content AI ensures that your campaigns are professional, engaging, and aligned with your brand voice.

Where to Find Content AI
Email Campaigns: Marketing > Emails > Campaigns > Create Campaign (or edit a draft).
Email Templates: Marketing > Emails > Templates > + New (or edit an existing template).
Inside the Builder: Open a Text Element and look for the Content AI icon.
How to Create New Content with Content AI
Open a Text Element and click the Content AI icon.
Select Generate AI.
Fill out the form:
Context (Promotional, Newsletter, Coupon, Testimonial, Cold Outreach, Giveaway, or Other).
Content Title & Description (up to 3 lines).
Keywords for relevance.
Writing Tone (e.g., professional, casual, friendly).
Number of Variations and desired length.
Click Generate.
Review the results and click Copy to insert your chosen version.
(Optional) Provide feedback with thumbs up/down to refine future results.
Using Brand Voice with Content AI
If your PXME account has Brand Voice enabled:
Toggle: On by default but can be disabled.
Smart Autofill: Automatically fills Writing Tone from your brand voice.
Metadata shaping: PXME enhances AI output using your brand values, audience, and CTAs.
Selector: Switch between saved brand voices if needed.
Using Content AI for Subject Lines
After designing your email, click Send or Schedule.
In the Subject Line field, click the Content AI button.
Enter a Description, choose Tone, and select the Number of Variations.
Click Generate and pick your preferred subject line.
Editing Existing Text with Content AI
Highlight text and click the Content AI button to access:
Improvise Writing: Improve tone and flow.
Make Longer: Expand with more detail.
Make Shorter: Condense into a punchier version.
Spelling & Grammar Check: Correct errors while keeping tone intact.
Simplify Writing: Rewrite into clearer, more direct wording.
Managing Content AI
Navigate to AI Agents > Content AI to view history.
All generated content is tracked so you can revisit and reuse past drafts.
FAQ
Q1: Can Content AI generate content for any email type?
Yes. It supports promotions, newsletters, testimonials, coupons, giveaways, and more. If your type isn’t listed, select Other.
Q2: Is there a limit to how many variations I can create?
You can request multiple variations. If fewer are generated, you’ll only be charged for what is created.
Q3: Can I edit existing text with Content AI?
Yes. You can expand, shorten, simplify, correct grammar, or improve the tone.
Q4: How do I view past generated content?
Go to AI Agents > Content AI to access history and manage generated results.
