Overview
Managing multiple social media accounts can be time-consuming, especially when posting the same content across different platforms. The Groups feature in the PXME Social Planner allows you to bundle multiple accounts together and post to all of them at once. This ensures consistency, saves time, and simplifies campaign management.
Navigation & Setup
Step 1: Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
Step 2: Click New Post, then select Add Group.
Step 3: Enter a Group Name that clearly identifies the purpose (e.g., “Local Outreach,” “Main Pages,” “Events”).
Step 4: Click Add accounts to group and select the social media accounts you want included.
Step 5: Click Create to save the group.
Notes:
To edit a group, click the pencil icon and adjust accounts.
To delete a group, click Delete Group. This only removes the group — your accounts remain connected.
Using Groups to Post
Once groups are created, you can:
Select a group when creating a post.
Publish or schedule one piece of content across all accounts in that group simultaneously.
This makes it easy to push updates to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, or Google Business Profile (GMB) without repeating the process for each platform.

1. Can I add the same social media account to multiple groups?
Yes. An account can belong to multiple groups for flexible posting.
2. How many accounts can I include in a group?
There is no limit — you can add as many as needed.
3. If I delete a group, will my accounts disconnect?
No. Deleting a group only removes the grouping; accounts remain connected.
4. Can I schedule posts for a group?
Yes. Scheduled posts for a group will publish to all accounts in that group.
5. Can I mix different platforms in a group?
Yes. Groups can include any combination of supported platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile).
6. How do I edit accounts in an existing group?
Click the pencil icon next to the group name and add or remove accounts as needed.
