Viewing Failed Post Error Messages in the Social Planner

Created by PX Marketing, Modified on Tue, 19 Aug at 4:29 PM by PX Marketing

Overview

Sometimes scheduled posts fail to publish to Facebook, Instagram, or Google My Business (GMB). The most common cause is an expired Social Account token, which typically expires every 60–90 days or immediately after a password reset.

When a post fails, it appears under the Failed tab in the Social Planner with an error code, message, and recommended solution. This guide explains the most common error messages and how to fix them.
