Overview

Managing workflows effectively means being able to see exactly how contacts move through each step, what actions are executed, and where potential issues occur. PXME provides two powerful tools for this: Execution Logs and Enrollment History. These allow you to track activity, resolve errors quickly, and optimize your automations with confidence.

Key Features and Benefits

Execution Logs

  • View Details Link – A clear hyperlink allows quick access to detailed execution information for each workflow step.

  • Error Visibility – Errors are highlighted in the Status and View Details fields, making troubleshooting faster.

  • Highlighted Rows – When you expand row details, that row is highlighted for easier tracking of the action being analyzed.

  • Action Column Improvements – The Action column displays the name you’ve given the action, with hover tooltips showing the action type.

  • Streamlined Filtering – Workflow actions appear at the top of filters for simpler navigation.

  • Workflow Status Tracking – Statuses like Workflow Completed, Removed by Workflow Action, and Removed by External Workflow Action provide insight into how contacts exited workflows.

Enrollment History
