1. Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar provides quick access to notes and visibility tools:
Stats View Toggle – Switch workflow stats on or off.
Notes & Sticky Notes Access – Open Workflow Notes, Action Notes, or Sticky Notes directly from the sidebar.
2. Workflow-Level Notes
Workflow Notes let you add big-picture context or instructions that apply to the entire workflow.
How to Add Workflow-Level Notes:
Open the workflow and click the Notes icon in the sidebar.
Add descriptions, context, or high-level objectives for team visibility.
Notes are saved automatically whenever the workflow is saved.
Each note includes tracking info (creator, last editor, and timestamps).
3. Action-Level Notes
Action Notes attach directly to specific actions, providing detailed commentary or step-level instructions.
How to Add Action-Level Notes:
Hover over any action in the workflow builder.
Click the Notes icon in the top-right corner.
Type in your instructions or details.
The Notes icon will remain visible, signaling that step-level context is available.
All Action Notes can also be viewed in the centralized Notes panel for easy review.
4. Sticky Notes
Sticky Notes are high-visibility notes within the workflow builder, perfect for reminders or quick instructions.
How to Use Sticky Notes:
Click the Sticky Notes icon in the sidebar.
