Overview
Chat widgets allow you to communicate with leads and clients directly on your PXME funnels and websites. You can create a widget in just a few steps—customize its design, add personalized greetings, and choose from different chat types to create a seamless experience for your visitors.
Step 1: How to Create a Chat Widget
Navigate to Sites > Chat Widget
Click New to create a new chat widget
Choose your widget type:
All-in-One Chat
SMS/Email Widget
Live Chat
WhatsApp Chat
Customization Options
Look & Feel: Adjust style, theme, avatar images, placement, and size
Chat Launcher: Add a clickable launcher with or without a prompt
Chat Icon & Theme: Customize chat icon and colors to match your brand
Initial Messages: Configure greetings for first-time vs. returning visitors
Chat Window Content: Add static messages for compliance or branding
Acknowledgment & Greeting Messages: Personalize automated responses
Widget Language: Select the widget’s display language
“Powered By” Text: Replace the default text with your own branding
? If you’ve already created a chat widget, it will appear under the Widget section in light blue.
Step 2: Saving the Chat Widget
Once customized, click Save
Select Get Code and copy the code from the pop-up
⚠️ Important: If you change the widget language, you must update the code across your funnels or websites for the new settings to take effect.
Step 3: Adding the Chat Widget to a Funnel or Website
Navigate to Sites > Funnels or Sites > Websites
Select the funnel or website where you want the widget to appear
Open Settings
Scroll down to the Chat Widget dropdown
Select your widget and click Save
Preview your funnel or website and refresh to confirm the widget is visible
