Sharing options help reduce scheduling conflicts, eliminate back-and-forth, and ensure smooth appointment booking. You can share calendars from both the PXME web app and the LeadConnector mobile app, using flexible link types or direct embedding.

Sharing from the PXME Web App
Go to Calendars > Calendar Settings.
Create or select the calendar you want to share.
Click the arrow icon to access sharing options.

Scheduling Link
Uses the calendar’s slug (set when creating the calendar).
You can edit the slug to create a branded scheduling link.
Permanent Calendar Link
Remains the same even if the slug changes.
Ideal for websites, ads, or recurring campaigns.
One-Time Link
Expires after a single booking.
Best for private or sensitive appointments.
Embed Code
Copy and paste into your site’s HTML.
Embeds the booking widget directly on your website.
Direct Integration in PXME Sites & Funnels
Go to Sites > Funnels/Websites.
Add a Calendar Element with the + icon.
Select your calendar and save to display it on the page.
Sharing from the LeadConnector Mobile App
Open the Calendars section in the app.
Tap the Share icon.
Choose your calendar and select the link type:
Scheduling link
Permanent link
One-time link
Tap Share to copy or send the link by text, email, or other channels.
