The Billing Dashboard is your central hub for managing all financial operations in PXME. From handling subscriptions and payment methods to reviewing transaction history and wallet balances, this section ensures smooth financial management and uninterrupted service.
How to Use the Billing Features
Step 1: Access the Billing Dashboard
Navigate to Settings (bottom-left).
Select Billing.
The dashboard provides subscription, payment, and transaction management in one place.
Step 2: Manage Subscriptions
Open the Subscriptions tab.
View all active plans, including:
SaaS subscriptions
Reselling subscriptions
Marketplace apps
Modify, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel plans as needed.
Step 3: Add or Update Payment Methods
Go to Payment Methods.
Add a new card, delete old ones, or select a primary card for auto-pay.
Always ensure a valid default card is on file to prevent failed payments.
Step 4: Update Billing Information
Open the Billing Information tab.
Update your billing address and company details.
Keep this accurate for compliance and invoice accuracy.
Step 5: Review Transaction History
Go to Charges & Transaction History.
Review all past charges and spending activity.
Download invoices for records or accounting purposes.
Step 6: Monitor and Recharge Wallet Balances
Check your Wallet Balance from the billing dashboard.
Add funds manually or set up Auto-Recharge to avoid service interruptions.
Bulk deposits can be added for convenience and continuous operation.
