Overview
PXME’s Ad Manager includes built-in reporting tools that allow you to monitor, measure, and optimize your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns directly inside the platform. Instead of switching between Meta Ads Manager and PXME, you can view performance metrics, filter results, and export reports—all in one place.
Step 1: Access Ad Reporting
From your PXME dashboard, go to Marketing → Ads Manager.
Select the Ad Account you’d like to review.
Click the Reporting tab to open your performance dashboard.
Step 2: Reporting Metrics
PXME provides campaign performance data broken down by Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads. Key metrics include:
Impressions – Number of times your ad was shown.
Reach – Number of unique people who saw your ad.
Link Clicks / Leads – Total actions taken.
CTR (Click-Through Rate) – Percentage of people who clicked compared to impressions.
CPC (Cost Per Click) – Average cost per click.
CPR (Cost Per Result) – Cost per lead or conversion.
Spend – Total amount spent within the selected time period.
Step 3: Filters and Breakdowns
Date Range: Select preset options (Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days) or create a custom date range.
Breakdown Options: Segment results by age, gender, placement (Facebook Feed, Instagram Stories, etc.), or device type.
Search/Filter: Quickly locate and analyze specific campaigns, ad sets, or ads.
Step 4: Export Reports
In the Reporting tab, click Export.
Choose CSV or XLSX format.
Use the exported file to share results with your team or run deeper analysis outside PXME.
Step 5: Using Reports to Optimize
Identify top-performing ads and shift more budget toward them.
Pause or adjust underperforming ads early.
Monitor Cost Per Result (CPR) to confirm profitability.
Compare results across timeframes to measure growth, seasonality, or campaign trends.
Best Practices
Review campaign performance at least once per week.
Use CTR and CPC to evaluate the effectiveness of your ad creative.
Track CPR closely to measure ROI on voucher offers or workshop ads.
Pair reporting insights with Conversions API events for more accurate tracking.
