PXME forms are a powerful feature that make it easy to capture information from your website visitors and automatically sync it into your account. Whether you’re managing your own website, working with a web developer, or using a website service, these forms can be embedded quickly and reliably.


Why Use PXME Forms?

  • Easy to build and customize inside PXME.

  • Can be embedded anywhere (your website, landing pages, or third-party sites).

  • All submissions automatically flow into your PXME account—no lost data.


How to Embed a Form

  • Navigate to Sites → Forms in your PXME account.

  • Select the form you want to embed.

  • At the top-right of the form editor, click on the Embed Code option.

  • Copy the generated HTML embed code.

  • Send this code to your web developer or paste it directly into your website’s HTML where you want the form to appear.


Notes on Functionality

  • Any form submissions from the embedded form will automatically sync with PXME.

  • Forms can be used across multiple pages or websites without losing data.

  • Updates to the form inside PXME are reflected wherever it’s embedded, so you don’t need to replace the embed code each time you edit the form.


Best Practices
