Hyperlinks allow you to connect your email content to external web pages, booking forms, or resources. They are a simple but powerful tool for driving traffic, increasing engagement, and guiding recipients toward actions such as booking an appointment, signing up for an event, or reading an article. In PXME, adding hyperlinks is quick and ensures you can track clicks while maintaining a professional email experience.


Step 1: Open the Email Builder

  1. Go to Marketing > Email Builder.

  2. Create a new Email Template or open an existing one.


Step 2: Add and Highlight Your Link Text

  1. In the text editor, type the phrase you want to hyperlink (e.g., Book Your Appointment Now).

  2. Highlight the text you want to make clickable.


Step 3: Insert the Link

  1. Click the Link icon in the toolbar.

  2. Enter your details:

    • Text to display → what recipients will see.

    • Title (optional) → text that appears when hovering over the link.

    • Open in → choose whether the link opens in a new window (recommended) or the same one.

  3. Click Save.


Best Practices for Hyperlinks

  • Always Test → Send yourself a test email before sending to your list.

  • Use Descriptive Text → Instead of “Click here,” use action text like View Workshop Details.

  • Open in New Window → Keeps the email open while recipients explore your link.

  • Check Mobile Display → Ensure links are easy to tap on phones.

  • Limit Links → Too many hyperlinks may trigger spam filters.
