The LeadConnector mobile app helps you manage your schedule and appointments while on the go. With features like multi-calendar view, quick booking links, and integrated meeting locations, you can stay organized and keep your business running smoothly from your phone.


How to Use the Calendar and Appointments

1. Access the Calendar

Tap the Calendar icon from the bottom navigation bar.

2. Multi-Calendar View

  • Use the horizontal dropdown bar to view multiple users, calendars, or groups in one unified view.

  • Each selection appears in a different color for easier tracking.

  • Note: You must deselect one option before choosing another.

3. View Appointments by Date

  • Tap a specific date to view all scheduled appointments for that day.

4. Quick Access to Calendar Links

Tap the Share button (top right) to generate and share:

  • Scheduling Link – A reusable link for clients to book appointments.

  • One-Time Link – A unique booking link valid for one appointment only.

5. Create or Block Time

Tap the + icon (bottom right) to:

  • Block Time – Choose a calendar, timezone, start & end times, event title, and description.

  • Schedule Appointment – Select a contact, calendar, and team member, then add details such as title and description.


Meeting Locations

Customizable Default Locations

  • Save multiple default locations (e.g., office address, phone call, Zoom link) from Calendar Settings in the Desktop App.

  • On mobile, select your preferred location from the dropdown menu.

Microsoft Teams Integration

  • Microsoft Teams is supported as a meeting location alongside Zoom and Google Meet.

  • Add Teams as a default or custom location for seamless scheduling.

Personal Booking Links

  • Share your personalized booking links for client self-scheduling.

  • Ideal for consultations, one-on-one calls, or meetings.

  • Share links via email, SMS, or social media.


Calendar Views

  • List View – Shows upcoming appointments and tasks in chronological order.

  • Monthly View – Provides a 30-day overview of all scheduled events.

Note: To create or edit calendars and user settings, log in to the Desktop App.
