Overview
Before sending any email campaign in PXME, your sender email address must be verified. This ensures that your emails are trusted by inbox providers, reduces spam risk, and prevents unauthorized use of your domain.
PXME requires email verification for all campaigns to protect your reputation and maximize deliverability. You can verify emails during campaign setup or pre-verify them in Settings for future use.
Steps to Verify Email Addresses During Campaign Scheduling
Step 1: Start a New Campaign
Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns.
Click + Create Campaign.
Step 2: Enter Your Sender Email
Enter the From/Sender Email you want to use.
Step 3: Verification Prompt
If the email is not verified, PXME will prompt you to complete verification.
Step 4: Send Verification Email
Click Send Verification Email.
PXME will send a message with a unique verification code.
Step 5: Retrieve the Code
Open the inbox of the sender email.
Locate the PXME verification email.
Copy the provided verification code.
Step 6: Enter the Verification Code
Return to PXME’s campaign setup screen.
Enter the code in the prompt field.
Step 7: Complete Verification
Once the correct code is entered, the sender email becomes verified.
You can now safely use it for campaigns.
Step 8: Finish Scheduling
Continue with your campaign setup and scheduling.
Your verified sender email ensures improved inbox placement.
Pre-Verifying Emails in Settings
Instead of waiting until campaign creation, you can pre-verify emails:
Go to Settings > Email Services > Verified Sender Emails.
Click + Add Email.
PXME will send a verification email.
Enter the code to complete verification.
This makes it easier for your team to select from verified emails when scheduling future campaigns.
