This guide walks you through the process of connecting your Google account, Facebook/Instagram account, or Slack account with the automations inside PXME. Proper setup ensures that your accounts sync smoothly for communication, scheduling, and automation purposes.


Step 1: Access Settings

  • From the main PXME dashboard, navigate to Settings.

  • Scroll down to Integrations.


Step 2: Verify Google Integration

  • In the Integrations section, locate Google.

  • Ensure that your Google account is connected properly.

  • This connection is essential for calendar syncing, email integrations, and automation workflows.

  • Double-check that all permissions are granted.


Step 3: Verify Social Media Integration

  • Still under Integrations, locate Social Media.

  • Confirm it is connected if you plan to use it with PXME.


Step 4: Verify Slack Integration (Optional)

  • Scroll down to the Slack integration.

  • If your practice uses Slack:

    • Ensure Slack is connected.

    • Verify that PXME has the necessary permissions to send notifications and automate tasks inside Slack.
